present the Content via a knowledgeable and experienced Instructor
record the Content audio and video via a digital camera in one take
quickly remove any gaffes with minimal editing time
encode the result and
post it to our website .

Thus, a 30 minute lecture takes about 100 minutes to complete for the website ( 10 minute set up + 30 minutes lecture + 20 minutes to clean up + 30 minutes to encode and review + 10 minutes to post to the website ).
