experience in teaching adults, both in a professional work setting and
in a university setting. Training the Leasing
Industry
In the leasing industry since 1983, XeC has:
- For LeaseTek, trained over 1200 people on a
lease administration and accounting system
- For Banks, trained their people in the basics
of leasing operations and accounting
- For Amembal & Halladay Seminars, spoke regarding
systems impact on NAFTA and Securitization of Lease Receivables
- For the Certified Vehicle Leasing Executive
program, taught the Information Systems segment
- For the World Leasing Conferences, spoke on
"Implementing New Technologies for Competitive Advantage" and "Internationalization
of Leasing Systems"
- For a Big Four accounting firm, created the "One-Day
Crash Course" overview of leasing
Teaching in Academic Settings
At universities since 1984, XeC has:
- For Carnegie Mellon University's Institute
for ECommerce ( joint venture of the Graduate School of Business and
School for Computer Science) taught entrepreneurship course for
Masters in ECommerce program
- For the Graduate School of Business' Executive
Education, taught eMarketing session
- For Institute for Software Research International,
taught Business Process Analysis for Samsung, LG programs
- For Tepper Graduate School of Business, teach
Entrepreneurship.
Training Corporate Groups
In the financial services industry since 1983, XeC
has:
- For Mellon Bank, trained 400 people on spreadsheet
use and coordinated training for file imaging system
- For 11 banks in the Market Entry Program for
Leasing, educated and trained bank personnel in Pricing, Operations
and Accounting for a new lease product launch
- For LeaseTek's LeaseManag-r System, trained
lessor’s personnel in use of software for Pricing, Operations and
Accounting
- For LeaseTek, created an internal training program
for all employees to fully understand how a leasing company works
